Shipping & Handling: Please add (in the designated line) the appropriate amount for each order. USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. (Please allow up to 10 days for delivery for all US shipments). Next day orders are available upon request for an additional shipping fee. Please call for international shipping rates and delivery times.

Fax Orders: Fax orders are accepted by filling out the order form and faxing it to AWARE, Inc. at (360) 891-0538. 

Payment: Customers can pay by check, money order, and credit cards. Schools, please enclose a Purchase Order with each order. Payment is due within 30 days of the date the order is placed.

Return Policy: All orders are returnable within 30 days of the date the order was received. Any damaged or defective product will be replaced at no extra charge within one year of purchase date.
